Sarthi Academy is a student leadership and mentorship platform for school and college students. We help students grow through real-life skills, confidence building, and guided mentorship.
How is Sarthi Academy different from coaching classes?
We don’t teach subjects—we build leaders. Our programs focus on personality, decision-making, soft skills, and self-growth, not exams or marks.
What programs do you offer?
We offer a 21-day Leadership Training and a 1-year Mentorship Program, both focused on real-life learning, emotional growth, and leadership.
Is there a fee to join?
Yes, our programs have a minimal fee to cover training, materials, and mentorship. Full details are shared at the time of enrollment.
Who are the mentors?
Our mentors are experienced professionals with 4+ years in real-life leadership and mentoring. They’re trained to guide students effectively.
